Will the item I buy be the same as the one in the photograph?

Everything we sell is individually hand made and consequently unique which is part of the beauty of our jewellery and beads.   However, generally speaking the image will be pretty similar to the product you buy – there are a few exceptions, but where this is the case we make it clear in the product description.

How do I know what size the products are?

We have measured everything on our website (phew!) and measurements are included with each product – however, these should be used as a guide only and when an item varies in say the width measurement, the measurement given will be at the widest point of the product . Also, when the length of earrings is given this measurement does not include the earhook. We also include the weight of each product – in the case of beads, the weight given is per number of beads sold – ie, if they are sold in packs of 10 the weight given is for 10 beads.

Can I see the prices in euros?

Yes, at the bottom left there is a change currency button with the option to see prices in euros rather than £ sterling.

Which chain should I buy?

Our chains are sterling silver snake chains and available in 2 different lengths – 16 inch and 18 inch. The 18 inch chain is the most popular length but sometimes people want to wear a pendant higher, especially a smaller more delicate design.

How do I know which ring size to buy?

Our rings are sized using the British method and there are various ways to pick the right size. Find out more here.


Ordering Online

How do I buy something from your website?

You can browse our website in various ways – On the left hand side there are various filters so you can look at products within a certain country of origin or made from a particular material or for a specific special occasion. You can use these filters for the whole website or for a particular category.   You can also select more than 1 filter at a time, narrowing your search.   You can press clear and any filters you have selected will be lifted. Alternatively you can use the buttons at the top of the home page and browse through our different categories.   This way you can also sort the products by price and also by country.     

To find out more about one item click on the image or title and this will take you to a page with more information including weight and measurements and a larger image. On this page you can add to basket and buy a product.

When you have added as many products as you want to your basket, you will be asked either to log in or register as a new customer.   Once you have done this you can proceed to checkout.  You will then be guided through the checkout process and redirected to the secure payment page. Once you have paid you will be redirected back to the website where you should log out. You will receive an order confirmation from us as well as one from paypal regarding your payment.

What do I do if I change my mind?

Once you have put items in your basket you can still edit your basket – remove items, add or change items. You can cancel your order up until you reach the paypal payment page. If you cancel then you will come back to the website – if you then logout the items will be removed from your shopping cart.

Is your website secure?

We process all payments on our website through paypal which is a totally secure and safe means of paying online. You do not need to have a paypal account either, you can just pay using your credit or debit card.

Do you sell gift boxes or offer gift wrapping?

Yes, you can buy gift boxes or bags for anything you buy on our website. Please click here to find out about our gift boxes and bags

We also offer a gift wrap service during checkout whereby your purchase will be beautifully gift wrapped and a hand written label added with a message from you if required. This item can then be dispatched directly to your friend/family member or it can be sent to you.   The charge for this service is £2.50 and this can be selected during checkout.

Can I buy a Gift Voucher?

If you cannot decide what to buy someone then why not let them choose themselves by giving them a Tumi jewellery and Beads gift voucher – You just select how much you want to pay and then buy the voucher just like any other product on our website. We will then email your friend/family member the gift voucher (with a message from you if required) which they can use straightaway!

How much do you charge for postage?

Our standard charge for UK delivery is £3.95 per order

For delivery within Europe we charge £6.00 per order

For the rest of the world we charge £10 per order.

However for orders of £20 or more there is free delivery within the UK

How long will it take?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order.   Tumi cannot be held responsible for delays or non delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Can my order be sent to another address?

Yes, you just need to enter a separate delivery address during checkout where you will also be able to add a note as well as have your item gift wrapped if required.

What happens if I want to return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or just change your mind you can return it to us, unused, in the original packaging and we will either refund you or exchange it for something else. Please note that you have up to 10 days after receipt to return any item but please email us first with your reason. You will need to pay for the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty. In this case please let us know by email as soon as you receive the item. However, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of any of our earrings.

If I place a large order do you offer any discount?

Yes - Our bulk buying system is based on the final amount of your order:

£300 or over – 20% discount

£500 or over - 30% discount

£1000 or over – 40% discount
